Global Mindset
A new global leader
From highest to lowest score my new results are: Psychological profile, followed by Intellectual and Social. During this program I had the opportunity to get one step closer to developing my skills as a leader and achieving my professional and personal goals. Today I can say that my new scores are the reflection of intensive weeks of dedication and work on polishing my strengths. The change in the results are due to the personal growth that I have had during these weeks, the first step to being a leader is to be aware of the strengths and weaknesses, the improvement in my psychological profile is because it allows me to open my expectations to new ideas and perspectives that allowed me to know facets of me that where unknown. My personal growth is linked to the evolution of my analytical and intellectual skills. The reflections helped me to have a deeper insight into complex situations and to be able to relive the small details that are overlooked for little importance. Finally, my social profile decreased significantly because I understood that human relationships are more complex than they have seen, and being in constant contact with new people made me realize that the social frame requires communication strengths and human relationships that were identified as possible weaknesses that I have to improve in the future.

MY PHILOSOPHY
One of my strengths is inclusion, having a multicultural background means that a part of me is always looking for relationships with different cultures, sharing knowledge and experiences, from a leadership perspective and as a person, relationships with diverse backgrounds have meant that now I can have a broader perspective of the world and how it works.
Self- reflection

I like to emphasize to people what they are doing well, I think that motivation and positive feedback fill us all with energy, encourage us to want to participate in more projects and you can notice the difference in the quality of the results of a project the team that is motivated by its leader to a team that is not.
Reflecting has helped me understand the importance of each concept studied, what is the impact, and find those details that go unnoticed. It has helped me to constantly ask myself the reason for my actions, why I want to be a leader, and give meaning to them.
Feedback
A leader does not achieve success by himself, a leader is also part of the team, and how important it is to recognize the skills and strengths of the other members to achieve each goal. Within our study of teamwork, I learned the importance of communication especially universal communication where all cultures have the same level of understanding and interaction to accomplish the task as a group and have a smooth dynamic.
